David Carson Fuls discovered a comet of 20th magnitude in images taken with the
1.5m reflector of the Mt Lemmon Survey on 7 November 2021. PanSTARRS made
an independent discovery soon afterwards. There were pre-discovery PanSTARRS 1
images from August and PanSTARRS 2 images from October.
