Type: Periodic Perihelion date: 22 August 2013 Perihelion distance (q): 2.1 Aphelion distance (Q) : 10.3 Period (years): 15.6 Eccentricity (e): 0.66 Inclination (i): 15.5 JPL orbit diagram COBS lightcurve Rob McNaught discovered an 18th magnitude comet on 8 May 2013 during the Siding Spring Survey with the 0.5m Uppsala Schmidt. Although the discovery MPEC gave a periodic orbit of about nine years (based on an arc of 1.7 days) subsequent circulars gave a parabolic orbit whilst retaining the P/ designation.
