Pan-STARRS discovered a 20th magnitude comet on 25 January 2012. Pre-
discovery images by the University of Szeged, Piszkesteto Stn. (Konkoly) were found
from 31 December 2011. Following improvements in the orbit, the comet was located
in observations made by NEAT in 1997.
