The Zwicky Transient Facility reported observations of a 19th magnitude possible
NEO made on 19 February 2021 with the 1.2m Oschin Schmidt. This was placed on
the PCCP as ZTF0KcP and subsequently found to show cometary features by
astrometrists. The CBET note that it is the same object as ZTF0Kii reported on 13
March.
