ATLAS reported a possible 18th magnitude NEO on 28 March 2019, but it didn't have
a high score and was not posted on the NEOCP. Brian Africano discovered the same
object as a comet of 18th magnitude in Mt Lemmon Survey images taken with the
1.5m reflector on 29 March. It was placed on the PCCP as C012RY1.
