418P/LINEAR = 2010 A5 = 2020 Y5
An apparently asteroidal object of 20th magnitude discovered by LINEAR with the
1.0-m reflector on 14 January 2010 was found to show a cometary appearance by
other astrometrists.
An object recorded at 22nd magnitude in astrometry taken by PanSTARRS 2 on 23
December 2020 was subsequently identified as as a return of 2010 A5 by the MPC. It
was also detected by PanSTARRS 1 and Mt Lemmon in January 2021.
