B. W. Koehn, Lowell Observatory, reported the discovery by Brian A. Skiff of a comet
on images from 24 September 2010 taken in the course of the LONEOS program.
Prediscovery observations made by LINEAR on 26 August, together with additional
astrometry on 26 September, suggested a period of 17.1 years.
