2006 W4 (195P/Hill)
Rik Hill discovered a 19th magnitude comet during the course of the Catalina Sky
Survey on 22 November 2006.
Following further observations in 2007 September and December, and the publishing
of new elements in December 2007, S. Foglia, R. Matson, and M. Tombelli identified
images of the comet on two UK Schmidt plates from 1993 and 1994.
