NGC 281 (North Up, East Left)
NGC 281 is an emission nebula in the constellation of Cassiopeia.  It lies at a distance of ~9,500 light-years. This image comprises 8 x Ha, OIII and SII, all 200 seconds each, 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 60 degrees on 31 July 2017. The field of view is 34' by 23' and follows the CFHT convention, Ha-OIII-SII mapped to RGB.
