Messier 84 (North Up, East Left)
Messier 84, also known as NGC 4374, is agalaxy of type E1 in the constellation of Virgo.  It has a diameter of ~70,000 light-years.  There are several other galaxies in the field, which are part of "Markarian's Chain" and members of the "Virgo Galaxy Cluster".  The brightest are identified in the final image. The images comprise 4 x Luminance (300 seconds each), 0.101m f/5.4 Tele Vue refractor with FLI ML16200 camera at an altitude of 70 degrees on 23 May 2017.  The fields of view of the first and second images are 132’ x 132’ (2.2 degrees square) and 42’ x 42’, respectively.
