Herschel 295 (North Up, East Left)
Herschel 295, also known as NGC 4546, is a galaxy in the constellation of Virgo with  classification E-S0.  Its diameter is ~41,000 light-years.   The galaxy to the north-west of Herschel 295 id PGC 41894, to the east-northeast is PGC 41990 and to the south-east is PGC 42042. This image comprises 10 x Luminance (90 seconds each) and 5 x Red, Green and Blue (120,   120 and 96 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude  of 50 degrees on 29 April 2017.  The fields of view of the images at the top and bottom are 34’ x 23’ and 18’ x 11’ respectively.
