Herschel 237 (North Up, East Left)
Herschel 237, also known as NGC 2841, is a galaxy in the constellation of Ursa Major with classification Sb.  Its diameter is ~71,000 light-years.  The bright star to the north-east is magnitude 8.5 SAO 27227.  The small galaxy to the south-east in the top image is PGC 4677192. This image comprises 10 x Luminance (45 seconds each) and 5 x Red, Green and Blue (60, 60 and 48 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 60 degrees on 29 January 2017. The fields of view of the images at the top and bottom are 32’ x 21’ and 18’ x 12’ respectively.
