Herschel 201 (North Up, East Left)
Herschel 201, also known as NGC 3489, is a galaxy in the constellation of Leo with classification S0-a.  Its diameter is ~27,000 light-years.  The small galaxy to the east is PGC 1443324. This image comprises 10 x Luminance (100 seconds each) and 5 x Red, Green and Blue (100, 100 and 80 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 75 degrees on 24 January 2017. The fields of view of the images at the top and bottom are 32’ x 21’ and 18’ x 12’ respectively.
