Herschel 114 (North Up, East Left)
Herschel 114, also known as NGC 6583, is an open cluster in the constellation of Sagittarius. It lies at a distance of ~6,700 light-years. This image comprises 10 x Luminance (60 seconds each) and 6 x Red, Green and Blue (60, 62 and 52 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 40 degrees on 11 May 2019. The field of view is 32’ x 21’.
