Herschell 36 (North Up, East Left)
Hersshel 36, also known as NGC 615, is a galaxy of type Sb in the constellation of Cetus. The bright star to the west-southwest of the galaxy is magnitude 9.3 SAO 129385. This image comprises 9 x Luminance (120 seconds each) and 7 x Red, Green and Blue (120, 120 and 96 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 50 degrees on 20 September 2017. The fields of view are 32’ x 21’ and 18' x 12', respectively.
