Herschel 32 and Caldwell 56 (North Up, East Left)
Herschel 32, also known as NGC 246 and Caldwell 56, is a planetary nebula in the constellation of Cetus.  It lies at a distance of ~1,300 light-years and is ~15,000 years old. This image comprises 10 x Luminance (50 seconds each) and 6 x Red, Green and Blue (50, 50 and 40 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 50 degrees on 25 August 2017. The fields of view of the two images are 29' x 19' and 18’ x 12’ respectively.
