Caldwell 63 (North Up, East Left)
Calwell 63, also known as NGC7293, is sometimes referred to as the "Helix Nebula", "Helical Nebula" or "Sunflower Nebula".  It is a planetary nebula in the constellation of Aquarius with a central star of magnitude 13.5 at a distance of ~300 light-years, making it one of the closest planetary nebulae to us. This image comprises 15 x Luminance (60 seconds each) and 7 x Red, Green and Blue (120, 125 and 104 seconds each), 0.5m f/2.9 ASA Astrograph with FLI ML3200 camera at an altitude of 40 degrees on 15 July 2016. The fields of view of the images at the top and bottom are 34’ x 23’ and 18’ x 12’ respectively.
